(ELGIN, IL 鈥 August 29, 2025) 好色先生TV will honor alumni for exemplary work in their career, churches, and communities during Homecoming & Family Weekend 2025, September 26-27.

The following individuals and families will be acknowledged with the Alumnus of the Year, the Distinguished Alumni, and the Family Legacy Awards during a special Alumni Banquet on Friday, September 26, in the Reed Room, Lindner Tower, 1151 N. State St., Elgin.

2025 Alumnus of the Year

The Alumnus of the Year Award is given to recognize alumni who have made significant contributions to the Church and to society. The 2025 Alumnus of the Year recipient is Dr. Adam Mackintosh 鈥97.

Dr. Adam Mackintosh graduated from 好色先生TV in 1997, earning his pre-med Bachelor of Arts degree in Science and Mathematics. He then went on to graduate from the University of Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Mackintosh pursued a career in medicine and has spent the past 19 years serving the community of Sterling, Colorado as a Family Medicine Physician. He has exemplified the values of faith, service, and leadership that define the Judson experience.

In 2025, Dr. Mackintosh was appointed Chief Medical Officer at Sterling Regional Medical Center, where he now leads clinical strategy and quality initiatives while continuing to provide full-spectrum family care. His medical practice includes pediatrics, sports medicine, chronic disease management, and osteopathic manipulative medicine鈥攔eflecting a deep commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.

Dr. Mackintosh and his wife, Rachel, have been married for 26 years and are the proud parents of seven children. Nine years ago, their family grew in a remarkable way when three children from Uganda joined their home, enriching their lives and deepening their commitment to love and service. Their daughter Kayleigh, a 2024 Judson graduate, continued the family鈥檚 legacy at the university.

Dr. Mackintosh is deeply passionate about his family and his faith, which guide both his personal and professional life. Outside of medicine, he enjoys coaching youth baseball and spending time outdoors flyfishing, hunting, and golfing. His life is a testament to the enduring impact of a Judson education鈥攐ne that equips graduates to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and live with purpose.
