Professor Kimberly Budd is the 鈥渕atriarch of the Christian Ministries department鈥� having served as a faculty member for over 20 years.  She has a BA in Psychology, MA in Ministry, and has completed numerous Ph.D. courses in Education.

Dr. Jenkins has over 25 years of experience in corporate, pastoral and congregational leadership, and is founder and pastor of Faith Community Church, a growing non-denominational multi-ethnic and multi-cultural congregation in Itasca, Illinois.

Dr. Mimi Larson is a scholar-practitioner who has a passion to teach, equip, and mobilize individuals in both ministry and vocational work. She has served for over twenty-five years in children & family ministries in a variety of church contexts.
