The Judson community will welcome Pastor Denvil Lee of the Chapel Lake Zurich to lead the weeklong Spiritual Enrichment Week, daily from January 31- February 4. The chapel times on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be at 10 a.m. while Tuesday, and Thursday will be at 11 a.m. in Herrick Chapel (1151 N. State St., Elgin). All of these services will be free and open to the public.
Spiritual Enrichment Week is a recurring chapel series focused on re-energizing the Judson student base with discussions about real-life, practical topics. Through the theme of 鈥淗and Me Down,鈥� Pastor Lee will explore the question of what do we do when the faith we鈥檝e received feels secondhand. Pastor Lee was born in Jamaica and now resides in Illinois after moving from South Florida with his wife, Krista, and their three children in 2020. Pastor Lee is passionate about sharing the message of the kingdom of God, while getting to witness people coming alive to the reality of God鈥檚 love.
