Elgin, IL â€” September 18, 2024 — ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV is thrilled to announce that Eva Serrato, along with her team, won the prestigious Kimball International Prelude student competition last Friday. This exciting event brought together students from four different schools, who collaborated to design a studio charette for an educational setting.

The competition was an all-day event, where participants engaged in space planning, floor plan creation, elevation and rendering design, product selection, and specification, culminating in a comprehensive final presentation. The dedication, creativity, and collaborative efforts of all students were truly inspiring.

“I am honored to have been selected as a winner of the Kimball International Prelude Student Interior Design Competition. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to collaborate with many talented future interior designers to compete for the chance to win.” – Eva Serrato

“I am very proud of Eva and the Judson Interior Design students and happy to have been part of the Prelude Student Interior Design Competition. We are thrilled that Kimball International has recognized Eva with this prestigious award.” – Professor Joan Kaufman

ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV congratulates Eva Serrato and her team on their remarkable achievement. This accomplishment reflects the high level of skill, innovation, and leadership among our students in the design field.
