Elgin, IL — ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV is proud to announce that Christy Anderson, Operator of Chick-fil-A Delafield, WI, will serve as the keynote speaker for the upcoming commencement ceremonies on Saturday, December 14, 2025, at Herrick Chapel at our Elgin Campus. The first ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the second ceremony will begin at 2:00p.m.
With more than two decades of experience in leadership, business development, and team culture, Anderson brings a unique blend of marketplace insight, community engagement, and faith-driven service to this year’s ceremony.
Before opening Chick-fil-A Delafield six years ago, Anderson held several leadership roles within Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the Chicago area. She also spent 18 years in sales and consulting within the gift and craft industry, partnering with businesses of all sizes to foster growth and success. Throughout her career, Anderson has remained committed to building healthy teams, empowering others, and serving with excellence.
A proud Judson alumna, Anderson completed her degree in Organizational Business and Leadership through the university’s adult program after beginning her studies in Educational Ministries at Moody Bible Institute.
Anderson’s dedication to service extends beyond the workplace. She actively participates in her local church and leads international service projects with Lifeshape in partnership with Azmera, supporting female global workers. She and her family have also contributed to El Ayudante initiatives in Honduras, providing clean water, education, healthcare, and spiritual care to local communities.
She and her husband, Brett, also a Judson graduate, have two daughters and continue to invest in their team, guests, and community through Chick-fil-A’s shared vision of becoming the world’s most caring company.
