Dr. Brenda Buckley-Hughes serves as Assistant Vice Presidents] of聽Academic聽Affairs聽and teaches with enthusiasm and energy.聽 She has a passion for her students’ speaking success.聽 Dr. Buckley-Hughes is the author of Introductory Speech Communication:聽 Overcoming Obstacles, Reaching Goals

For more than thirty years, she has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level at a wide range of colleges,聽 universities, and the private sector.聽 Her expertise brings oral presentation and literacy to an聽 intersection of understanding and application.聽 Dr. Buckley-Hughes research focus includes public speaking, readers theatre, fluency, and the arts in worship.
